Tell the Forest Service: Analyze the Santa Fe Conservation Alternative

The Santa Fe National Forest has released its plan for the 50,000-acre Santa Fe Mountains Landscape Resiliency Project in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. But the plan is too heavy-handed and drastic for this fragile forest. We have a better plan that will protect the area’s old growth forests, Mexican spotted owls, and roadless areas, and promote a genuinely healthy forest ecosystem. Send your comments to the Forest Service by July 10!
